I have my first Button Quail Egg ...Now what?

Did your eggs end up hatching? I am having the same thing happen to me!!! I have four eggs now and I don't know if they are getting sat on??

I put mine in an incubator and they hatched , but they were sitting on them after they had about ten eggs they like a quite private place but were they can still see whats going on I had a tissue box in there with one thinking she would go inside it well she hide behind it instead I had it caddy corner in front of a corner in the cage and she sat on those eggs without fail but I sold them before they had a chance to hatch them.... But the ones I took from her and put in the incubator before I sold her did hatch just do not mess with her surroundings just feed her and stay away as much as possible! They really do like their privacy good luck!!!

i have 2 gray and white tuxes, one brown and whit tux, 2 pearl and 2 chinese painted( one has a hybrid splash gene and the other is regular and handicap but he gets around!) I am actually selling them all at the moment with the cage food etc!! So if you want them I'm only asking 50 for the whole setup Im pregnant and cant be handling them . The cage is handmade white wood with black plastic mesh (like chicken wire) with a vecro top for easy access to birds and a hinged front panel for easy cleaning I spent over 100 in supplies to build the cage and the lady i got the eggs from was charging 85+ dollar s for eggs I got. So i put alot of work and money into them.... they just need a good home soon! one of the pearls are laying eggs already !
