Thanks so much! Very Helpful TwoCrows. The towel on the roost is a cool (or rather warm) tip! I'll add the vents this weekend.

Oh, and I meant to say you need to add 1 square foot of vent space per bird!!

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome. I'm sure I'll have lots of questions as things progress. I'll get pics posted of the coop and run this week. (Working overtime this week) For heating, I'm thinking hay bales around the run and coop and implementing what TwoCrows suggested.
