I have never seen anything like it.

It is half silkie and half frizzle and to me it looks like part of the feathers are frizzled and part are fluff. Also the red spot and the top of the beak, the mother (silkie) has a blue one, will it turn or does it mean it's a rooster.
 
So. are you saying the ones with the red spot are male, or does that mean something different?
 
I did not think it was possible to get the sillkie feathers in the first crossing. I will be thrilled if they are though.
 
in the first cross, they should not be silkied feathered, but after that they might be. I think its a roo because of how big and red the comb is, but it could be a girl. If you want the silkie feathers and frizzle you will need to take (him) back to pure silkie, half the babies will be frizzled
