I have no idea what this is

You can wet the bigger food down to create a mash they will eat. Celery in particular is not good for chickens because it is fibrous and can get stuck in their crop. I have a chicken with toes like this on both feet. I think they were broken when she was a chick.

Is he walking better?
He's sleeping throughout most of the day, when does get up to walk he trips over himself. I don't know if that's because he just got up, and he doesn't walk for long enough for me to see if he's consistently walking like that, since he just goes back to sleep after eating

The chick feed that was available to me was all too big so they didn't eat it and because i was already feeding them and they were already eating i didn't think that i needed to really do anything but currently im making sure to give him chick feed by just putting in water so it becomes mushy and putting vitamin B supplements in his water. The friend told me that it's probably marek's because the other chicken that i had was fine, and it stopped walking all of a sudden, stopped eating and became lethargic, this one chick had a sickness before and she thought the disease progressed because his immune system was compromised for a few weeks
I would try giving him the chick feed. Soak it in water overnight so it's easier to eat and process.
Do give him B-Complex or B Supplements that contain vitamin B2 (Riboflavin).

Nutritional and vitamin deficiency can cause numerous issues and symptoms that may mimic other diseases like Marek's. While Marek's is common, the only way to really know is to have testing.

Your chick has Crooked Toes which can be caused by genetics, being on a brooder floor that's too cold, incorrect incubation, possibly nutritional deficiency in parent stock. Unfortunately, Crooked Toes would be hard to correct at this stage, but you can try to see if your chick will thrive and improve by giving more nutritional diet and supplements.
