I'm new to chickens so really clueless. We rescued 20 chickens last weekend, mostly RIR and Leghorns but not sure about these two.

Look like EE's to me...do they have green legs and a flat comb?

We just rescued them a week ago Sunday and only 2 or 3 birds are laying currently, I go one or two white eggs a day and one brown one, haven't seen any green eggs. I don't think they have combs...??? This is my first ever chicken experience. These 20 were abandoned so we loaded them and their "coop" up and brought them here!

While we're discussing breeds whats a BR?

The green legs, minimal comb, and the 'ruff' around the upper neck below the face are typical Ameraucanas.

The photo is a spittin image of the EE's I have now. Maybe interbreeding has made them produce plain colored eggs again.

Those are both Easter Egger pullets. They look young, I doubt they're laying just yet. But when they start laying they'll probably lay green eggs! (which go great with ham!

)
