I have pips! - UPDATE: I have chicks!!!

I set 16 mixed breed eggs on March 2 at 7:00 am as a test for my first time. When I came home from work today around 4:30 pm.....I found pips! My first experience in incubation seems to be going as planned! I will post more pictures as things progress.
