Cut out all treats.
Since you have a rooster an all flock feed is a good choice. Just keep oyster shell in a separate dish so those that need it can have it.

We still don't know about space in the coop and run or about the nest box set up. That info will also help.

I like the protein idea. I feel like giving my chickens soap is going to poison them, though.

Their diet is protein deficient!!! As others already said, cut out the corn, and wean them to an all flock diet, with separate oyster shell.
I'd stop the extra corn immediately, feed the layer feed, mixing it with an all flock feed as you use the layer feed up. Corn, by itself, is a nice treat, in VERY SMALL amounts, once in a while.
There's also nothing magical about corn at bed time in winter!
