I'm not beyond spending a bit on animals... a hundred dollars on a fish or whatnot.... but over a couple hundred for something that doesen't always run from danger?

75 isn't that bad for shipping live adult birds. And if I can spend 1300 for a pair of birds or 900 for hatching eggs, I am going for the birds. The eggs wouldn't hatch knowing my luck.
