Hi welcome to BYC! Where do you live? In the northern hemisphere, pullets often wait till the days lengthen in the spring to lay. I don’t know about that particular breed, but I have never had hens lay in the late fall/winter.

I've got Saipans, which are too young to start laying currently. Oriental Gamefowl generally start laying later, like between 6-10 months of age, or possibly later. Also aren't the best layers either.
