I have sick chickens

Put out the ones with the swollen eyes?
Will my others catch on?
This is sad 😄
I gave them antibiotics hoping it would help but nope
If this is what the disease is I don't think it can be treated very well with antibiotics because the intruding cells have no cell wall which is what antibiotics attack to kill the cell.
So you're saying after healing they still developed the same symptoms again?
From what I have heard, with this disease, the symptoms may go away and never come back. But the birds are still carriers. And if stressed the symptoms could come back again.

I think the disease is very easily transmitted from chicken to chicken even if it is through you. You can carry it in your mouth and nose and on your cloths.
It is basically impossible to get rid of as far as I know unless you get rid of all your chickens and then clean and sanitize all your stuff and then let everything sit for awhile before getting any new chickens. And even then I don't know that it is a guarenttee that it is gone. Also, you can't keep eggs from your old flock and hatch them if you want to get rid of the disease. Because I think it is passed from mother to offspring through the eggs. I personally decided not to worry to much about having the disease. At this point I don't sell any poultry unless maybe to friends who know my condition and are all right with it. I do sell eggs to shops still. The eggs are eatable even if the chickens have this disease. And the chickens seem to lay fairly well even if they have it.
Have you gotten any eggs that are miss shappen? Like that are sort of flat on one side maybe?

I am not one hundred percent sure on all my information. I am going off of what I can remember, having heard, read and what the vet may have said. And as I said before I don't want to say for sure that this is what you have but it could seem similar to me. Though I don't remember bubbles around the eyes. And I do think there may be other disease that show these symptoms. This is just a possibility.

It's been a few weeks and the fowlpox finally cleared up on the chickens. It claimed one life and the teary, bubbly eyes, and sneezing is still clinging around. I feel like I should've culled this chicken from the beginning. Now my 1 month old polish chicks have swollen eyelids with teary eyes. I still need help. I don't know what to do. Should I cull this chicken and try to treat the rest?

This is what the polish look like now.
In the Polish I see bubbles in the eyes which could be an indication of Mycoplasma Gallisepticum.
Symptoms can be treated with antibiotics like Tylosin, Tiamulin(Denagard) and Tetracyclines.
The disease can be spread from bird to bird, through hatching eggs and dust dander. Birds that are recovered and those exposed are considered to be carriers.

No one can tell you whether or not to cull your flock. It's a good idea to keep a closed flock (no birds in or out), no selling, no showing, etc. until you get some testing to find out what you are dealing with.

Once you find out, then research the findings to determine what course of action is right for you.

Testing can be done through your state lab or through and independent lab https://www.metzerfarms.com/poultry-labs.html

Flush her eye with saline, remove the bubbles, put ointment in the eye - do this twice a day. You can order antibiotics online.
