I went to tractor supply today to by some sav-a-chick vitamins and electrolytes for my new baby chicks, and they were out of it. The guy who worked there sold me some prairie pride v&e. How much should I put into a gallon of water? It's an 8 ounce packet. It says on the package to mix the whole pack to 110 gallons, but how much do I mix to just a gallon?

8/110 = x/1
(8 x 1)/110=x
x= .073 ounces or 2 grams

"According to google" 4.2 grams of sugar equals one teaspoon. So approximately 1/2 teaspoon would be 2 grams.
THANK YOU SO MUCH. i think I gave my last batch way too much.

I just saw this post when looking for the same thing. I have one of those jug feeders that sits in a bowl-like base ( like an automatic feeder) and it puts out about a gallon of water at a time, maybe less. Did you find that the 2 grams was good? My girls are 18 months old and there are four of them
