I have the antibiotics, which one do I use and how much?

Injecting them isn't that scary once you get over the first time! If you wait until evening when their crop is full, just inject carefully in the breast on the opposite side. You don't have to stick the needle in very far, and most of my chickens just lay there until I'm done. The Tylan injections work very fast usually, as compared to the water that depends on the sick bird drinking enough.
 
Personally, if you don't know what you are trying to treat, treating to "prevent" is worse than letting things run their course. It may mask small things, kill off the 99.9% of the good bacteria that was out competing the .1% of the bad things, and end up worse than you started when you stop.
