I have the DVD "The Egg" from the History Channel's "Modern Marvels"

If anyone would like to see it, I'll be glad to share. Just let me know, and I can mail it to you, and you can mail it back when you're finished (or to the next person who wants to see it). I would like to get it back eventually, as I plan to be teaching high school Biology soon and would like to show it to my class.

The label says, "Take a trip too massive Iowa farms, where millions of eggs travel from the hens to the delivery trucks without ever being touched by human hands." It also talks briefly about cage-free, free-range, and the carton labels like Grade A and organic.

I recently watched that from the library. Very neat to see the different farming methods. Oh, and the making of powdered eggs was neat too!
