I agree. I just look at the eggs just before lockdown. That way I don't worry about handling them to much and disturbing the stable atmosphere . Only have one polish baby now. Dad is a beautiful buff laced bantam and mom is a WCB bantam. The baby is three months old and appears to be white. Got to get pictures to post this week !

I have a WC Cuckoo cockerel over some WC Black, WC Blue and WC Cuckoo. what colour would the chicks be? I think....
Cuckoo cockerel + cuckoo hen = light / dark cuckoo
cuckoo cockerel + black hen = dark cuckoo
cuckoo cockerel + Blue hen = ....................?
does anyone know what this would be?

Picked up a wc blue Kathy troxell hen and breeding her to my wc black Roo who's high percentage Rick poor.

Roo is proven and has produce many champions hen is from a pen of many champs as well
So really looking forward to this mating
