I have 4 polish chicks 10 weeks old. I am pretty sure I have 3 roos and 1 hen.
Here is an example of what the faces on the 3 look like...



They all have the same markings on the face and the wild hair.
The hackle feathers look pretty pointed to me... Any chance a
hen could have a face and hairdo like that at 10 weeks old?

Can anyone help me with the gender of my 5 week old WCB chick? totally pale comb and no wattles at all. It looks girly to me but this is my first time with polish. thanks!

I need gender help too. These are 2 months old. Sorry I got one of the picks on here twice and couldn't get it out. I think this one is a pullet. I'm not sure about this one. Its the smallest of the three. Roo? This is the one I was worried about a couple of weeks ago because it had been plucked almost bald.

It's hard to tell with the last pic since you can't see much of the crest but they all look like pullets to me.

Yep! Chocolates are an accepted variety in the ABA. Chocolate frizzled cockerel Chocolate pullet It's hard to tell in this pic but here is a smooth chocolate male

Wow beautiful.. Can't wait for our girls to get bigger.. Do you think they will be louder than other chickens?
