Congrats!! These Polish are so addictive! So cute!! (the only ones that Mike doesn't complain about when we get more!)I made a BIG mistake today!!! I went into the feed store after I had sworn I was getting no more chicks. What did I come home with not one, but 3 Polish chicks. 1 WCB, 1 bearded SL, and 1 bearded GL. I looked at about 15 chicks and examined the way they held their feet, feathering and the size of their nose holes. I picked 3 I think are pullets. The chicken guy confirmed my prediction. We will see how good I'm getting at it. They even told me I could trade them if they turn out to be cockerals.

Thanks! I'll check with my babies and see how that goes!Keep in mind this is my and the chicken guys theory.
Pullets get their tail feathers faster.
Cockerels have bigger nose holes.
If you hold the chick and flip it over on its back cockerel will hold one foot out. Pullets keep their feet even.
