Yes he has purple feathers. I have been trying to keep blue kote on his crest to keep the others from pulling his feathers out. I have always had that problem with him and none of the other Polish I have.

Mine came from my local feed store, but I know they get them from Ideal. I can't wait until they start laying. I want to do a test hatch and see what I get. Einstein is my third blue roo, but the only one smart enough to stay out of my sons dogs run. The big ones are goo.g on seven months so surly thry ate getting ready to lay.

I will breed Einstein to Gaga and Madonna. Poor Lieberachi is own his own for now in the layer flock. He does roost with a Gold Laced Wyandotte. That would be interesting... He had a mean moment at about 3 months when he tried to flog me. After about 3 trips to the side of the grow out coop and threats of the crockpot he is on his best behavior now. If he would just stay away from the head picking Turkey's.

Liberachi looks like a bad tolbunt to me because of that white in his crest, more than a gold laced, though I know the colors are closely related. He is pretty though
