When someone says Tolbunt eggs are difficult to hatch, what they should mean is that fertility may end up very low. That's it. Other than that, they're the same as hatching any other chicken eggs. Also, congrats and definitely post pics when they hatch! My first Tolbunt eggs I purchased, I only got 2 chicks out a dozen but man were they babied like crazy by me.

They ended up both boys and that didn't bother me one bit. Kept them until. . . . Well, until a raccoon got them.

Thanks thank God I have good guard dogs or I'd be heartbroken a lot! Since the weather has cooled here my dogs have killed 2 possums and a coon trying to get near chickens!I'm praying for a good hatch! I'll def post pics!!

She's having a difficult pregnancy and hubby has built her a place for the chickens she's fallen in love with!
