I have to vent! Disaster AGAIN!?

I just wish I knew what I was doing wrong with my Incubator. Still air hova-bator. 102 degrees, 45% humdity. Then at the end 55%-60% humidity. I have no clue why all my chicks keep dying in the last 3 days of hatch. It's very fustrating.
 
it sounds like you are too busy to care for the chicks. They depend on you to care for them. Maybe slow down on hatching and having chicks until you are available to care for them.

I have to agree with the above poster, take a break from hatching and chickies until your schedule clears. You'll do better then. What type of rooster is that in your avatar? I have a rooster just like that and have no clue what he is.
