21 chicks.....almost 4 weeks...How many times a day do they need to be fed?....and....How many trays?.....Man, these guys can EAT!

You should keep the food dish full at all times.

How many trays?

If you don't have bullies keeping others away from the food you can get away with one.​

O always had at least two long feeders with at least 1/4 lb of feed for them for the day as each chick will eat that amount in one day
I always kept a little more in the feeders
the reason for two long feeders is so the chickens which are on the bottom list of"pecking order" will have some feed also
I always had two waterersa also
fresh water is a must for chickens
the same reasoning on the two waterers
