I gave away my guineas a few nights ago. The chickens were traumatized the first day - wouldn't talk to me at all. Missed their buddies I guess. But, the up side is they talk to me now and I can actually hear what they're saying. I heard their soft purr this afternoon when I went in the run. And, the injured chicken (that was bullied by the guineas) comes out in the run now. They are eating from my hand again. I'm a happy chicken mama again. :)
