Well I thought I saw him internally pipping last night when I candled them all. this morning I checked and he still is... Is that okay or is he pipping to early?

Hi

What did you see that made you think your egg had internally pipped last night?

How many days incubation is the egg at to make you think it's pipped early?

Also if your eggs are pipping you should not be handling them. They should be in "lockdown" where you do NOT open the incubator. A change in humidity level can shrink wrap (where the membrane shrinks around the duckling or chick) the ducks inside the eggs making it impossible for them to hatch, and killing them. If they are under a broody the same thing can happen if you are hadnlng them during hatching.

He's supposed to hatch tomorrow and I was just candling to see if he would hatch today or tomorrow or Sunday. I was just making sure I didn't open the box and kill them... And I stopped openin it since I saw him moving but I dunno.... Me thinks he'll hatch on Sunday or tomorrow
