I just dont know........8 week old PICTURES

I must have missed that part. I have been reading too much on here for the day must be.
Your hen is lovely. I have GP Hamburgs and I like them too so far. A bit flighty though. They are my son's that he picked out for 4-H.

Anyhow, I have considered getting Hamburgs --glad to hear you enjoy yours.

Ya know what I hate bout these posts, "what is it?, is it a boy or a girl?" Is after everyone guesses or gives their input? You never hear from the OP again so you never know what "IT" really was. So after we all take the time to say what this bird is we'll never know the truth cuz we'll never hear about it again.

I hope it's whatever the OP hopes it is.

Well gee Rancher Hicks, I did "take the time" to include a chick picture to try to complete the trail. Relax and have fun in the moment.

See the thing is, many of us think it's an EE and if it lays a green/blue egg we'll know. If it lays an egg of anothe color we'll know it's not an EE. Also it could change in appearance by the time it matures to egg laying age. So we're pretty sure it's a pullet, but we won't know anymore than that unless you up-date us.
That my dear is the reason for my ire. To get your dander up enough that you and others will update us. Enquireing minds want to know. Pics at eleven months?

Always the best
Rancher

Ah, but just because one is an EE does NOT mean it MUST lay a green or blue egg, it could still lay a brown egg depending on its lineage. : )
I am with you though, how do I know if I am as smart and perfect as I know I am if there is no validation?
