Thats right I just dropped one of my eggs and it crashed into another. The one I dropped has a dent in it and is cracked but its not leaking,...oh and it was the fat end. If this has no chance of making it I would like to open it to see what its like on day 14.
Does anybody think it will make it ?

Brian

I had one get cracked like that under my broody hen. I took some melted crayon and dripped a little on the crack and a week later it hatched and was perfect. It's up to you I would leave it and see what happens and just watch it close. Good luck

I had that happen, I melted a wax crayon onto it (dripped wax onto the crack while metling it with a flame). It actually came to me in the mail that way. Anyway, I waxed it and it hatched. One other women on here did the same. I used crayons since they are non toxic.nSeals it. Otherwise, I would assume it wouldnt make it. Either bacteria in or eventual leeking or inproper moisture release prior to hatch.

I, perosnally, would give it a go! Good luck.
