I just found out the hens I bought were vaccinated with mareks vaccine and I think my rooster is sick now

The mareks vaccine has nothing to do with his current illness. Changing homes is a stressful time for birds and that can make it so they are more vulnerable to either something they already had that was dormant or something new that is on your property that your flock is resistant to. Does he have any white gunk in his throat?
No gunk at throat, I deep cleaned and bleached the coop but could have been something in the run, but haven’t had any sick birds in a long time. I always deworm and give corid any time I get new birds I’ve got chicken Gatorade I make in the coop. I’m just hoping he makes it , he’s acting fine besides the rattling and gulping air and bad poop , I watched him drink and eat, so idk if it’s the move mixed with how hot it is.

Some wet chicken feed and scrambled egg bits might help his poops to become more normal. Hopefully he will get along okay tonight. Let us know how he is doing tomorrow.
I’ve got him wet food , with water and molasses and electrolytes in his water and he was gobbling it up , so fingers crossed! I’ll let yall know in the morning!

Do know that even though he is better now, it's a very real possibility that he might still be a carrier for whatever he had. Not that you necessarily need to do anything ATM but keep it in mind if you get birds with similar symptoms in the future

Hopefully this is not the case though

I’m not sure. I’ve know the person i got him from, family friend, she hatched him and he had ever been anywhere else but her place to mine. My hens came from a large farm where they run all types of breeds in new chicken houses they had built like industrial type. So idk if they brought in something or what. They are fine.
