Gee, Katy, CONGRATULATIONS... now you can trade in that piece of ground for my 19.5 acres, at the base of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, with a nice 2 story house with decks and patio and all steel barn, 72 Redwood trees + assorted others including a centuries old Valley Oak, and a creek running right THROUGH the property..
 
Congrats on your land purchase, I have been lucky enough to know how it feels. Good luck with your property.
