I just hatched my first chicks! from 18 eggs I only got three but they are the sweetest things I have ever seen!

The oldest: a barred plymouth rock and its the sillyest thing. It will charge across the pen at top speed and pretty much fall over to stop!

2nd oldest: though its the smallest. I belive 2 and 3 are leghorns (they have fluffy legs!) this one is a lot quieter and followes the other two round like a shadow! (and chirps REALLY loudly if i take 3 out with out it!)

the youngest: another leghorn (?) THis one has splayed legs which i fixed with a strip of plaster for two days. he has a bald patch on his legs where I took the plaster off and its fetahers came with it! poor chuck. THis on is REALLY curious...

... as you can see down hear as it REALLY wanted to see what that other chick was in the camera screen!

and if anyone knows what the breed of the second two is please let me know! i cant remember if they are actually leghorns or not!
