I just ordered more chicks!

I now realize that chickens are addictive. I have 19 in the brooder (9 will have new homes Saturday though). And I just ordered 4 more!! I wasn't able to get a Delaware or Marans in my first order so ....

I'm not the only one right? And to top it off TSC gets chicks on Monday

Four is a small number. Compare it to 444 and you're doing terrific.

Yay for new chicks!!! This is my first time raising chicks vs. ours that were a few months old when we got them. If all goes well, I can definitely see myself ordering lots more, maybe some of the unique looking ones. I think I'm just shifting my obsession with cloth diapers to chickens now. LOL

I added five chicks to an order coming in mid-March, three Columbian Wyandottes and two white crested black Polish. DH was fine with the Wys, but the Polish came off the order a half-hour later.

. They aren't coming til the week of April 25th anyway (Easter gift for my self!)
