I dont have a problem with this butchering or killing of this rooster. It was quick and he does not know anything after that.

It is part of life and one day if you wanted to get fresh chicken to eat, it would be the way to go.

All I can say to this, that rooster gave his life up to be someone else's BBQ. I am sure he would be delicious!

Ummmm...What was the problem with that? The guys were slightly irreverent, but it was what it was. Butchering birds isn't pretty.

He was treated well. He was calm, not stressed. He died well.

He was not tortured or treated inhumainly. It was quick and clean.
From the size of his feet and legs he lived a good long life. and he served his untimate purpose in life. He probably Sired many young, crowed his crow, faught his fights, and finally Coc-au-vin...

Do not mourn for him. He lived a better, more productive life than most people.

You eat, you like as you term it "delicious" chicken, some one has to do the dirty work.
