This is my 5 week chick. No idea the breed.
Since it's cold we've kept her inside. She is my only chick but I have 3 hens.
I think it's easy to say we've spoiled her.
This is her hanging on out on my bed.

I live in. San antonio texas...so our weather here is up and down. But on nice days she goes out and plays. She was given to me from a friend of my mothers when she was 4 days. They hatched her with an incubator. Had 9 eggs and 4 hatched.
She will become an outside girl once the weather is better.. or once she starts to look a little more.. chickeney haha
I'm pretty sure shes going be devastated when the time comes. Shes my shoulder bird. Haha

I'm always telling her this isnt chicken behavior! My husband who I never thought would be ok with the idea... has trained her to come when he calls and to go where he taps! It's so cute.

You know.. you could use a large bunny hutch as her sleeping quarters so she can sleep w her family after playing outside during the day... ❤
