I'd smooch that little head bald! Yes, I'm a chicken (and cat) kisser...mainly the top of the head and an occasional back. I'd never dream of kissing a dog because I'm not a fan, but a horse or goat would be fair game. I can't kiss any of my animal babies for another month or so, but I'm saving up.

It is my hope that you keep "...opening my mouth...or keyboard I guess...". It is obvious that you possess a great deal of knowledge that could help many people.

I leave the kissy stuff to my wife, but I do have a tendency to hug. Rather hard not to when they jump into my arms and cuddle. I've had numerous chickens. These serama are very different-way different.

I am definitely one of the ones who kiss my chickens....my guinea.....and my peachick! How can you not when they are so CUTE!

My peachick is allowed inside occasionally and he/she takes frequent naps in my daughter's hair! She has curly below the shoulder hair and it's excellent for him/her to cuddle in.

Also kiss my puppy....she's one of my babies!

I have had chickens for a couple years now and I have always cuddled and although not so much on the free range chickens, I do the newly hatched babies from my incubator. I mean...how could they possibly be dangerous? They just came out of the egg, LOL

I honestly don't think if you love your feathered babies, you can help it! The world would be a better place if there were more animal lovers...keep people's minds focused on loving something and they would be much better people!
