I have a few days of higher than 100 temps early on in this hatch, and here it is day 19 and I have a pip!!!

Congrats! I cant wait until Spring hatch time! Only thing is we can no longer have staggered hatches! Hubby said one big hatch!

DooBoo - I have had great success with red colored 100 watt outdoor flood lights. Should be all over town for Christmas, I got mine at Ace Hardware. Don't forget, the chicks will be just fine for a day or two in the incubator.
