I don’t know if this is the right place for this.
I love sitting outside every day with my chickens.
I hired someone to mow the lawn while my husband is out of town. He is coming today. I had hoped that he would be here earlier.
When he told me it would be 6 when he would get here, I asked if he could come tomorrow because I go outside at 6 to sit with my chickens. He is booked solid.
I realized I had a problem when I told him I would pay more for him to do it a different day.

Even the squirrel likes chicken treats.

It's definitely a problem when we have more money than we do time or flexibility. I know this first hand.

Can you not just adjust your timing? Or give up a single day worth of being out with chickens?

No rudeness intended.. I've also had an out of town hubby and been at the mercy of another's schedule and completely understand. 🥰

Cute pics.

No rudeness taken!
Hubby retired so I don’t have the money to waste.
After reading your reply, it does sound like a good idea to skip one day. Unfortunately, it’s too late for that. While I could use treats to put them back in their pen / coop, it would require too much walking. Hubby left my power chair in the car, the one I use in our pasture. He has the car 😣
They go back in on their own at roosting time.
Thank you for saying the pictures are cute!
