I know I should just be patient but does this look like a roo?

This Golden Laced Wyandotte doesn't carry itself like the others. It holds its tail straight up and struts around. It also has a flashier blue sheen to it.

At three months, I would expect a cockerel to have much larger and redder comb and wattles, compared with the pullets. So I'm guessing you have all pullets. (But some breeds and some individuals mature much more slowly than others, so it could be a late-blooming cockerel.)
