i did! i candled again tonight and saw some INSANE veins running through my silkie eggs. and i candled one of the duck eggs and its getting awfully dark in there! lol i saw the duckling floating around! its so awesome!! just wanted to share

i can not wait 15 more days

I am going to mail you some duct (duck?) tape, so you can tape yourself somewhere AWAY from the eggs... and the flashlight... you are terrible

I candled mine tonight... at 2 days. didn't see anything. going to TRY to wait a week before I try again.

ok, my showgirl eggs are at day 9 and i've candled EVERY FRICKIN' DAY!!

i'm trying to stop! it's just so cool! i have 9 eggs, and 8 look great and one looks questionable. SO......i'm gonna wait till day 14....then i'll candle on day 18 before lockdown. i will not candle, i will not candle, i will not candle!!! (till day 14) u know what i wonder??? i wonder if the bright light hurts their eyes?? does anyone know?

I candled my current hatch of duck and chicken eggs the other day. I probably wont again until about four days before hatch.
But I sure do WANT to!!

Oh BTW, I'm raimnel and I'm a new candling addict. My very first batch of eggies are 5 days in and I've candled some every night so far.

and I'm proud to report that I have movement.

this is why dr's dont let you take an ultrasound thingy home with you when your pregnant.
