I know this is a pullet, but what type of chicken?

I ordered some meat birds from a hatchery. They included 10 pullets. I recieved 2 of these birds. 1 is bigger than the other. Both have the same color markings, both have a black mohawk on top of their heads.

Not really. Brabanters are crested and bearded but they aren’t Polish chickens.

I thought I read that bearded polish we're used to help revitalize the foundation stock of the breed or something. Shrugs

I hadn't heard that personally. I would think a person would use Spitzhaubens rather than Polish. You could be right. I've no personal experience with Brabanters so I've not delve into their background much.
