My duck has food like substance on her beak and I tried to wipe it off but it seems to be stuck so I ran my finger across one and it came off but left a raw area on her beak so I didn’t mess with the others and was pecked on by some chickens on the back of her neck and I need help to figure out what to do and I have no money for a vet so I need some at home methods please help.

My duck was just bit by a gopher yesterday when sticking her beak down the hole. She started bleeding but, stopped fast. She seemed fine and I know they are hardy but, I still had to make sure there wasn’t something else I should be doing for her. So I posted on my Facebook duck group and the professional on there told me to just make sure there is a lot of clean water for dunking and that I could put bag balm on if it started to look dry. He also mentioned epsom salt soaks. Not sure what is happening with your baby but, hope this helps🥰

Bag balm is a good one for the dry skin on the neck. And if the chickens are pecking, pine tar or peck no more are good things to prevent that.

Try to separate the duck if possible so that its neck and feathers can heel and grow back, if not then the other chickens might end up killing it. I'm not too sure whats up with the beak so I don't want to give any wrong info. Best of luck!
