I agree. I like it too. Did this just start a few days ago? Because that is when I first noticed it. I forget to look at that sometimes as I'm reading posts. I get so wrapped up in reading and scrolling down that I forget to look. LOL

Nope, it's not new, but it definitely blends into the page if you're not looking for it. That's actually a great way to have features implemented: They don't scream out at you that they are there, but when you find them they are easy to notice and use.

BTW, when we (eventually) integrate a Private Messaging feature into the forum I hope to have a notice show up right when you get a new message... that way if you see a friend online you can send them a quick PM saying something like, "Hey, I noticed you are online... wan to meet me in chat?"
