Actually, it is a flower pot, and it was totally by accident. I saw the chicks dustbathing in their feed pan, so I filled a big heavy flower pot with dirt and DE for them to play in instead. The next day, I found all five roosting on the edge of the pot, facing outward. The whole night's poo was contained and easily cleaned up! I don't have a picture of it, but I'm sure I could round up a couple for a demonstration.
