I agree, I think I'd start Tylosin just in case.

Thank you for the update.Quick Update:
Hazel, the Speckled Sussex with the bubbly eye, cleared up in just 1 1/2 days on the Tylosin. I kept her on it for 4 days in total, since most info said 3-5 days and her symptoms were very mild. After the 4 days, she's in with the flock as normal and all has been well since.
As for the fowl pox, almost everyone who has got it has recovered. I have had one more hen get it, my White Leghorn Gretchen. She had the same issue as some others, lesions around the one eye. Couldn't open it much for days. Those fell off a couple days ago and she's recovering now and able to keep her eye mostly open.
So far I still have 4/19 who for sure have not gotten it. My family has been joking and saying it's the mean ones who haven't gotten sick. It's almost kind of true! Of those 4, two are my mean roosters. One is my mean little White Crested Black. She and the one rooster were literally surrounded by 7 sick hens and still have yet to get it. I'm sure these 4 will eventually get sick... or maybe not. I'm prepared for it, at least. But I'm still doing what I can to tend to everyone and keep things clean.
Leslie, the original has relapsed a bit... That or her symptoms/recovery has been super slow. Or perhaps that original bump truly wasn't fowl pox. It's odd, because she got the bumps on her wattle again after being clear for over a week. Then the past couple days, she's gotten two lesions on her beak that are growing in size by the day. Hopefully after this peaks and subsides, she'll be fully over it.
