I think that being able to see things from another species' perspective makes it easier for us to have a better perspective, too. It's always makes me feel better to remember it's not all personally about me!

i agree! it’s also taking care of them that makes me feel better. believe it or not, i even enjoy cleaning out the coop. seeing them happy and running around in their fresh bedding makes my heart so happy.
