Oh yeah, What a pain. A guy wanted my chicken coop. I asked for a deposit, but he forgot to send it. He corresponded with me for over a month as I was building it. Assurring me that he really wanted it. Finally I got it done and ready to deliever, and he just stopped responding. I finally had to put it back out for sale. I've sat on it for over a month, waiting to sell it now, since he backed out. I have a lot of money into it that we need right now. I have to build another that I've sold, but it's enough different, that I can't make it from this one. So make sure you get deposits!

i posted in the household area. We have a 63" HDTV 1080P which is the highest HD. I have a guy who is sending a MO of $370 for it which is a steal. the puppy chewed the plug and there is a part thats broken inside. I could have got more. Its even a SONY Tv. I will never except a check though.

so far 2 people on CL have backed out on my roosters and I am getting mad. thats the only takers for them as well.

I agree with you 6bee. In that case, the dog will never have a great quality of life...if this woman wants to bankrupt herself to fix the dog, that's her perogative. But I couldn't do that to either of us.
