These chicks poop, a lot. I need help to manage the oder in the container I keep the chicks in, I use paper towels as the flooring but I need a alternative so that the oder isn't as strong and will keep my chicks clean. Any recommendations?

Please post pictures of your brooder. It sounds like it's undersized, under ventilated and not properly bedded. You will need to change the litter at a minimum every other day but more likely daily.
Chicks less than 2 weeks old need 1 sq ft of space per chick. After that until they are 6 weeks old, they should have at least 2 sq ft per chick.
They also need a huge amount of ventilation to keep from overheating in the brooder and providing ample fresh air. It's best to have screen or mesh sides and top.

I use paper towels for the first day or two but I change it a lot. After that I use pine shavings and clean it every other day. When they get older it helps to clean It every day.
