I actually bought mine from a local farmer. I have know idea how old they are. I didnt expect to get any eggs for a while since the move and new house but so far ive gotten almost two dozens in just over two weeks.

Nice job Josh, on the coop! Pretty good use of leftover stuff but that's the way to go! I'll be building mine soon now that maple syruping is done for us and will be using leftover lumber, windows, and a coop door from my parents. My babies arrive around 4/1.
