towards people? probably not unless you get that one that can show up in any breed, towards other chickens?... I've never raised the standard old englishs but i would guess they are like the bantams, Only agressive if the other bird is unfamilar. As they've been bred for show and pretty much ruined their game trait... which is sad really since without it they just aren't "whole".. and the fact that most of the time when people breed gameness out of a breed they will out-cross with non-game breeds thus killing the breed all together and creating nothing more then a cross that resembles a game.
