Tink does before she even laid an egg. She was a amazing splash Americana. She would fly out of the brooder when I walked by! I loved her! She had digestive issues and passed away. I finally got the courage to actually talk about it. You never realize how attached you are to a bird until something bad or scary happens. In the pictures she is the yellow ( when chick) and splash when she gets feathers.

I'm so sorry for your loss. She was so beautiful.
I know what you're going through. I lost two chickens this year, Oreo and Penny. Just remember that you gave her a great life, and she was happy while she was with you.

Tink does before she even laid an egg. She was a amazing splash Americana. She would fly out of the brooder when I walked by! I loved her! She had digestive issues and passed away. She looks like a beautiful and sweet girl, I’m sorry you lost her. It’s never easy. :hugsI still sometimes cry about my sweet Dart who passed this February .
