You did well you really did. I had lots of humidity issues and lost 6 chicks through shrink wrap. I didn;t know about the oil at the time. We only got two live chicks from my first try and they hatched a week late! 27/28 days! They were heading for the trash! When I noticed a pip in one! They ended up roos though DARN! And they were assisted out of the shells!
