I just got a call that they've d/c'd the cath, is urinating on his own and I can pick him up this afternoon! YIPPEEEEEE!!

I got my baby back! He was SO happy to see me! I didn't go visit him because I let somebody convince me it would be harder on him for me to visit and leave him than to not visit at all. Won't do that again.

Anyway, he's doing great. Looks like this was mostly a Urinary Tract Infection that developed stones. We'll re-run the UA later to re-check for stones. And, he's cleared to be neutered this Friday.

I work as a Support Staff Substitute with the local school district. DH has a great job that has always afforded me the luxury of staying home. Then the economy took a nose dive. So I decided to find a little something to do part-time. Good thing I did! I know where my next little puny check will go!

Although I can't complain too much as the doctor wrote off a significant amount of the bill because he is technically a rescue.

I'll get a better pic of him in his little party hat tomorrow. I have so much to do tomorrow, but all I really wanna do is sit and hold my "Dewmiester".
