I once had a pekin drake with the same issue. his legs were swollen and he couldnt walk right. Check to see if his legs and feet are swollen, or feel hot. That could be a sign of infection, if he got cut maybe? Could also be a mineral defficiency. Of he may have fallen and hurt his leg. Best of luck.

Okay, so Willoughby(willow-bee) seems to be improving...

His appetite and water intake has been excellent the whole time but he's finally starting to be more active. He got another bath today and cleaned himself up a little bit then stood up at the side of the tub and asked to get out. I put him on a towel on the floor again but he wasn't happy with it, again, and walked off back to his tub in the bedroom.
He had to wait for me to clean it and change his bedding but then he even climbed into it himself

. He's been getting up and walking from one end to the other to sleep & eat too and he's been standing while he eats now.

I still am not sure what the problem is but thankfully he's getting better and should be able to be back out with his friends soon... although he might be pretty spoiled by then, lol.

He sits like this most of the time when he's laying down, I am not sure if his leg is painful up if he's just weird. i never noticed it before.

His legs look healthy though
