My three araucana pullets lay very tiny eggs. My hens lay decent size eggs.
But today I got a different one...

It might be double or triple yolk but certainly doesn't fit in the usual egg carton

Pics on the scale of humongous, tiny and normal eggs collected today

I'm betting that big one is a shelled egg inside a shelled egg.
How old are your birds?
Springtime there, hormones surging!!
Not 100% sure about the hens. I got them at POL one year ago and I was told they were 16 weeks old, which makes them about 1y 4m old.

The pullets are 7 months old, hatched 16 March.

I will post a picture when I crack the egg open. I am very curious
